Hello!

Buying HCG drops on eBay would not be a good decision if you’re trying to save money. Most of the people selling them on eBay are selling water. Cheapest is hardly ever the best way to go when it comes to something that must be authentic in order to work, especially when you’re buying from an unknown source. Doing the HCG protocol with HCG that is not real is very unhealthy, as you would be eating 500 calories without the benefits of HCG releasing 2000-3000 calories into your system per day.

When buying HCG on eBay, you’ll get absolutely no support, and based on the experience I’ve read of many people, you’ll very likely get wrong information, including wrong food lists. That’s especially dangerous on the HCG protocol because it must be followed precisely in order to work. The last thing you want to do is waste the money you *do* spend, right?

When doing the HCG diet, it’s important to know what to look for so you can figure out who to trust.

What will also affect your success on the HCG Protocol is your daily dosage of HCG drops. If you buy from a place that says to take 30-36 drops a day, you’re throwing away your money.

Most places use this ruse to make it seem like their drops are least expensive: they tell you one 2-oz bottle will last 43 days, when it actually only lasts 15-18 days if you’re doing the correct dosage. On 60 drops (3.0 ml) per day, you’ll have no hunger and the weight will come off faster because that is the equivalent strength of 125IU of injectable HCG.

Regarding your daughter, Dr. Simeons gave no age restrictions in Pounds & Inches and specifically mentions treating young women who have begun menstruating. There is nothing unsafe in regard to age – it’s really whether or not a teen (who can drive and therefore has access to food) can commit to a strict program for a set number of days. Granted, the reward is substantial and most people’s commitment is fueled by the almost daily weight loss.

Some allergy medication may affect weight loss, so if you are able to lower your dosage that would be preferable. Vitamins are fine, but are unnecessary because the body is getting what it needs from the foods on the diet (proteins, veggies, fruits, etc.). You should not take biotin, fish oil, or any other oil-based supplement.

Please be sure you have knowledgeable and experienced guidance while on the HCG Protocol. You need a place where you can ask questions and download important resources that will get you through this successfully.

Nancy asks…

Can someone help me out?.. hCG drops/diet.?

Can someone give me the link to the real hCG drops/diet?

There is no scientific evidence supporting HCG as a weight loss strategy. The FDA has required all marketing and advertising of HCG to state the following…
“HCG has not been demonstrated to be effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of obesity. There is no substantial evidence that it increases weight loss beyond that resulting from caloric restriction, that it causes a more attractive or ‘normal’ distribution of fat, or that it decreases the hunger and discomfort associated with calorie-restricted diets.”

David asks…

Im on the HCG drops diet and I haven’t taken the drops in over a week, how should I restart the diet?

I used the HCG and it worked great for me. Have kept the weight off too.

Just start at the beginning. Consider the week as a break. Actually can be a good rest for the body.

Just start over and continue.

Linda asks…

Can you not do the HCG Diet while on your menstrual cycle?

Im about to start the Homeopathic HCG Drops Diet and was looking up different information about it and came across something that said i couldn’t do the diet while on menstrual cycle? is this correct? Does it apply if i start during the diet of 500 calories?
I was also reading the pamphlet that came with the HCG and it said to take .5 doses of it. Does that mean for the entire diet or just the first couple of days? Or Weeks?
